Love this stuff! I sat on the fence about using it for a WHILE (three years to be exact 😬). Used to choke down whatever greens supplement I found online. Finally gave in and gave Opti greens 50 a shot. It wasn’t immediate, but after a week or so I noticed big differences. Less bloating & less cramping with digestion. More regular. I’m sold!!
