Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

never dissapoints
I am a firm believer of the greens & reds along with the micro factor and full mega, but I wanted to add a little more oopmh to reach my fitness goals. The vanilla level-1 and chocolate phormula-1 are delicious. Looking forward to continue feeling the results with the Ignition after a nice hard lift.
