Gym Stack for Men

If you’re on the fence about what stack to purchase... this is the one!! I have been using this stack for 3 weeks and have nothing but good things to say about it.

I seriously can not say enough good things about these products and the 1st Phorm staff. They have outstanding customer service and amazing products. I wish I would’ve found them years ago.

This stack of products took me to the next level in my workouts. I noticed a huge difference in my energy and focus during a workout and my muscles recover super fast with the post workout shake. I started the stack in February and have had huge gains since. I've already re-ordered some of the stack as individual purchases because these products work!!

I recently purchased the Gym Stack and while I have not had a chance to use every supplement, here is my review two weeks in:

Night T - hands down amazing. I'm getting great sleep and feel refreshed in the morning. I have to say I did not expect how great I feel in the mornings. Next,

I paired Ignition and Phormula 1 together for pre-workout and post-workout (dosage as directed). In my case I purchased vanilla flavor, and it tastes delicious. On to important parts, my recovery time has definitely improved, I feel ‘good' sore (if you know what I mean) and stronger at performing compound movements. Finally, today I ripped into the megawatt and I can absolutely attest that my energy level increased. I do CrossFit pretty frequently, and today I felt a significant boost in immediate energy. Stay tune for further updates. By the way, I would be remissed if I didn't mention how good the customer service is. Very patient and knowledgeable. So far all around good company with great vision.

I go through phases of buying stacks and really busting my ass in the gym for months at a time, and have been for years. With the other stacks I've bought I feel just as much of a pump and recover the same, but so far with 1st Phorm products the biggest difference has been how I feel and digest everything. With this stack I seem to digest the products easier, and I know I'm getting quality ingredients. I'll sacrifice a cheaper price point for better digestion, faster recover, and improved health all day every day. Really happy with it so far.

Once my body adapted to these along with my diet I have been excelling tremendously at the gym and daily routine!
