I have now completed a full month of Harmony and can't live without it. I am almost 50yr old. I notice if I don't take it 2x a day, so now I make sure I never skip times! My body feels balanced, I have energy and I can stay focused all day!

Getting Ahead of the Game
I started taking this just after I turned 40 and thought I noticed some symptoms of perimenopause beginning so I just wanted to be proactive and get ahead of some of the symptoms. I’m hoping to keep things calm with this. I am only taking 2 pills a day instead of the recommended 4 to start out with. If I notice symptoms getting stronger than I will probably increase to the 4 pills a day. It does contain caffeine and is recommended to take first thing in the morning with food and then the second dose (if you take it) should be taken at your next meal around midday. If you forget a dose, I probably wouldn’t take it in the evening and just start again the next morning.

It’s amazing
I definitely have more energy and focus throughout the day. I also have noticed I have more patience and don’t jump to annoyance in situations which is always a plus!

Amazing
