Before finding Harmony, i was struggling with PMS. I would get really bad headaches and sleepless nights. Once my period started, the symptoms would go away. Then I heard about 1st Phorm and found Harmony... This was a game changer for me. Since I started taking it, i don't have any PMS symptoms.

I have always had really rough painful periods with hormones completely flying out of control the week before and during my cycle. I took this the beginning of the week before my cycle, started see that my hormones being more level and I was not on a Rollercoaster. Jump to day 2 of my cycle, normally I'm a completely depressed angry person and have zero patience, I was completely the opposite.
I am speechless on how well this has helped me, this has brought harmony to my house, my husband, and my self. Thank you 1st Phorm for helping me become human again.
