HOW TO USE

Take one serving (2 vegan capsules) of Harmony capsules twice per day with 12-16oz of water - once with your first meal of the day and again with a midday meal.

WHAT TO AVOID

WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if you are under 18 years of age, pregnant, nursing, or contemplating pregnancy. If you have any medical conditions or you are currently using prescription medications, consult your physician before using this or any dietary supplements. Contains 75mg of caffeine per serving, the equivalent of approximately 1 cup of coffee.

DO NOT USE WITH ANY OTHER CAFFEINATED PRODUCT. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and/or rapid heartbeat. Immediately discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.

Why is there milk in Harmony?

Harmony contains the branded form of Ashwagandha known as KSM-66®. During its manufacturing process, the ashwagandha root is traditionally soaked in milk. This is why the product may not be suitable for individuals with dairy allergies. However, no milk or dairy is added to the final product beyond what's used in the extraction process.

    Great Supplement

    I am 49 years old and in menopause. I have tried so many over the counter supplements and was miserable with the hot flashes, night sweats, and other side effects of being in menopause. Harmony has worked wonders for me. It has reduced the menopause side effects by 90% and boosts my mood. I will occasionally still wake up hot but nothing compared to what I was going through with the night sweats and other symptoms.

    AMAZING

    I’ve been taking this since 2020 religiously and it has TREMENDOUSLY helped my anxiety. I hated the idea of taking medication for it but sometimes it was paralyzing (anyone who has had anxiety knows this feeling). This was the alternative natural route I chose and if I miss a day - I can tell!

    Really work!

    This stuff is amazing!

    I have been taking them for about three weeks now and I feel great. I take 2 tablets daily and that’s enough for me. I wish I had known about these years ago!!

    I will definitely keep taking them.
