As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
PHORMULA-1 & IGNITION
FOR BEST RESULTS: Let Phormula-1® sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.
MALES SHOULD:
PRE-WORKOUT: Use one (1) scoop of Phormula-1 with 1/2 scoop of Ignition in six (6) oz of water.

Hits everything someone who lifts for a strength overall. Has everything you need for an athlete in training! Definitely will be my regular stack order!!
I love the protein! Level 1 and phormula 1 taste amazing. I've tried so many proteins and you can tell these are top notch. Microfactor has given me faster recovery. Alpha cre and intra-formance have that not so sweet flavor that is just right for a pre and intra workout. They're full of the stuff you want, not crazy blends. Top it off with a high quality fish oil. Just the stuff I need for endurance and weight training.
I haven't been taking the rest of my hybrid stack yet, so far taking the multi and am in love. I am feeling better every day
Great products. Excellent taste. When you compare the price and effectiveness of this stack versus building your own through different brands/supplements, this by far should be your choice.
