Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

I've been taking Micro Factor for almost a year now and am very happy with it. I notice a difference in my energy levels when taking it verse my old multivitamin choices. I like the concept of not compressing all of the nutrients into one or two pills with heat. I do believe high heat effects the quality of the vitamins being taken. The omega pill doesn't have any sort of fishy aftertaste either which is a plus.
Micro Factor is my favorite 1st Phorm product. I’m always a little leery of vitamins but you can’t deny these work! I had to go a few days without between shipments and noticed a big difference in how I felt and functioned. The packs are a game changer. - save space and allow me to keep some in handy places so I don’t miss a day.
