Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    The BEST!

    I used these prenatal my entire pregnancy. I'm 5'2, 115 lbs (the start of my pregnancy) and I had a healthy 9.5lbs baby! I have Endometriosis and hoshimotos, which made my journey quite nerve racking. These prenatals really contributed to having such a healthy pregnancy (plus eating healthy). I will always recommend them!

    Best prenatals!

    Most prenatals make me nauseous when taking them on an empty stomach but not these! No nausea at all from them and no nasty after taste either. Highly recommend these if you’re expecting or just trying to get your daily multivitamins in!

    Just switched and very satisfied!

    Just switched to these as I prepare for baby #2, and have been very happy after 1 month! No issues or changes to my digestion and they have not made me sick, which are things I really struggled with when I was searching for a Prenatal during my last pregnancy. Will be sticking to it!

    Only supplement that has effected my mood postpartum

    I’ve had a WILD postpartum experience, from emergency c section to near death ICU at 3 weeks postpartum, it’s safe to say that my body was probably more depleted from nutrients than any typical labor, delivery, and postpartum.

    I started taking these supplements after my discharge from ICU a month ago. I’ve noticed a night and day difference in my mood, resilience to stress, and postpartum anxiety.

    I’ve always loved 1st phorm products but I’m genuinely grateful that I bought this BUNDLE. You’ll do yourself a disservice if you don’t grab both the prenatal and the omega-3.
