Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.

FULL-MEGA

The best women’s vitamin

I began taking this, not necessarily even as a “pre-natal” but rather as an all around supplement /vitamin for women in general and I will not stop taking it for whatever stage of life I am in! Even mentioned it during a call with a dietitian as she was making supplement recommendations for some troubles that I have been having (which I feel have improved already since beginning this and Full Mega) and she was thoroughly impressed and happy with the contents and doses. I highly recommended this for any woman! (Pairing it with Full Mega is even better!!)

Wow! What an incredible Prenatal!

I have been searching for a prenatal that not only helps me get the nutrients I need throughout my pregnancy, but provides me with energy. I have been blown away by the results. I went to my primary care doctor to have them review and look at the ingredients and they were beyond impressed! Highly recommend! Cannot get enough and hope to continue post natal care! Prenatal plus for all

I am a 70 year old woman that works out daily. I do two Murphs a week with a 15 lb vest. So, why would I take prenatal vitamins?? They’re packed with essential minerals we need. Your amt. of folic acid, B12, the magnesium’s, are spot on. Can’t find a better multivitamin
