Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    I actually get a lot of compliments from doctors, nurses, and friends about my vitamin regimen with this bundle. The Prenatal even has a probiotic blend which is such an amazing bonus. 22 weeks pregnant so far and definitely continuing with this bundle to keep me healthy moving forward.
