I have tried several brands of prenatals over the years. This one is by far the "lightest" I've tried. It doesn't sit like a rock sitting in my stomach and the capsules are very easy to swallow. I can also tell a difference in my fingernails, so I can only imagine what its doing inside my body.
I have been taking this prenatal supplement through my whole ivf process. Product was approved by my drs. I have had no stomach issues with this products. Shipping is fast!
I began taking this, not necessarily even as a “pre-natal” but rather as an all around supplement /vitamin for women in general and I will not stop taking it for whatever stage of life I am in! Even mentioned it during a call with a dietitian as she was making supplement recommendations for some troubles that I have been having (which I feel have improved already since beginning this and Full Mega) and she was thoroughly impressed and happy with the contents and doses.
