Loving this combo so far. I’ve been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed the difference. I also love the quality of 1st Phorm products from vitamins to supplements to protein bars and other snacks! They are my go to! Highly recommend the prenatal and omega 3. If you can’t get the bundle you can get them separately to choose which one better fits your needs.

Excellent!
These prenatal supplements are excellent! They have a good amount of all that is needed to keep yourself and baby development healthy! One thing I will say is there is plenty of iron in these supplements which can lead to constipation, so adjust your dose and eat lots of fiber as well as drink plenty of water.
I highly recommend Prenatal Plus!
