Awesome product!
My wife has a mutated gene causing an inability to process normal folate in typical multivitamins. This is formulated with L-Methylfolate that is processed in a way that allows her to absorb the folate. After years of trying multivitamins she finally FEELS better after taking this. I know it’s marketed for pregnancy it also works as a multi if you have this gene mutation.

Prenatal Vitamins that don’t make wanna yak
My prior pregnancy with any vitamin I tried the smell of them made me want to throw up. The 1st phorm vitamins have a smell but it’s tolerable and the taste is 100% better than any vitamin I’ve had. Definitely recommend for first time mothers. I also enjoy the energy the vitamins give me as you know 1st trimester is a rough one!

Best prenatal by far!
