Happy so far
I’ve been taking this product for a little over a week, and so far I’m happy with it. I haven’t noticed a ton with skin/nails, but my joints do feel better. It tastes good. I am not a coffee drinker, but I mix it with no sugar hot chocolate in the mornings and it is good!

my coffee sweetener!
I like my coffee black and not sweet. However, this collagen is subtle enough with a mild sweetness. So, this collagen always goes in my second cup of the day. I've noticed my hair growing faster than normal and my skin seems to glow a bit more, since taking this over the past few months. My husband likes a scoop in his protein shake every morning. The vanilla is the better flavor.

Good taste
I've been using this for about a month consistently. I think my favorite part is the flavor of my tea each morning with this added in it. Makes it a little bit sweeter. I am doing a few other things i.e. weight lifting and so no, I have noticed a big change in anything as I think my changes are from doing things overall and taking better care of myself. I will keep using this even though hard to measure exact results I'm getting from it, but I think collagen is so good for your ligaments, skin.
