HOW TO USE

PHORMULA-1

Add one scoop to six ounces of ice cold water. Shake or stir (do not blend) until dissolved.

One scoop yields 21 grams of protein. Use in the morning or pre and post-workout to help meet your protein goals.

For Best Results: Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.

MALES SHOULD:

Pre-Workout: Use 1/2 scoop of Ignition with 1 scoop of Phormula-1 in 6 oz of water.

Post-Workout: Use 1 scoop of Ignition with 2 scoops of Phormula-1 in 12 oz of water.

FEMALES SHOULD:

Pre-Workout: Use 1/4 scoop of Ignition with 1/2 scoop of Phormula-1 in 4 oz of water.

Post-Workout: Use 1/2 scoop of Ignition with 1 scoop of Phormula-1 in 6 oz of water.

FOR ENDURANCE

Mix 1 scoop of Ignition with 32 oz water or juice and consume before, during and after an event.

The serving size and number will depend on if you are a man or a woman. Phormula-1 has 32 servings (scoops) and Ignition has 21 servings (scoops). However, for men, it's recommended to take 2 scoops of Phormula-1 and 1 scoop of Ignition after a workout, lasting 16 total workouts. For women, it's recommended to take 1 scoop of Phormula-1 and a ½ scoop of Ignition after a workout, lasting 32 total workouts.

I'm 40 years old and have run the gauntlet of different protein supplements. This is hands down the best protein shake there is. Not clumpy (no filler), doesn't make you feel bloated and gassy and the flavors are so good my kids take a sip and want it for dessert. I won't buy another product because they simply don't compare.

Favorite!

Out of all the protein I have tried the salted peanut butter Phormula-1 is our all time favorite! I am not a fan of thick milky protein and this is perfect. I can add my ignition to it without it becoming too sweet like some of the other flavors I have tried. It's also just right without the ignition mixed into it.

Great taste

I’ve been working out hard for a month now and this stuff is awesome! My “trainer” is a former bodybuilder and is helping me along the way and she recommended this is me. I love the taste and I see little growth which is better than I was expecting!

Essential part of my training

Eating enough carbs every day with just food is HARD. The ignition allows me to get in my pre and post-workout carbs so easily! It doesn't sit heavy on the stomach and is perfect to add to my protein shakes, or even just by itself in water.
