HOW TO USE
Add one scoop to six ounces of ice cold water. Shake or stir (do not blend) until dissolved.
One scoop yields 20-21 grams of protein (Depending on the flavor). Use in the morning or pre and post-workout to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.

Phormula-1 is gluten-free. Phormula-1 is NOT vegan, non-GMO or dairy-free because it is a whey protein isolate, meaning it comes from milk. Even though Phormula-1 has very small traces of lactose, there are 3 flavors of Phormula-1 that are 100% lactose-free: Juicy Watermelon, Fruit Punch, and Cherry Lime.

What can I mix Phormula-1 with?
Phormula-1 can be mixed with any liquid. Many people will use Phormula-1 in their coffee or even in their smoothies! However, if you are using it after a workout for recovery, Phormula-1 is best mixed with water (and Ignition) ONLY. Mixing it with milk or liquids other than water after your workout can slow down the digestion of Phormula-1, and completely defeat its purpose as a rapid assimilation protein.
What is the difference between Phormula-1 and Level-1?
Phormula-1 is a rapid assimilation protein, whereas Level-1 is a sustained assimilation protein. This means Phormula-1 is going to break down and absorb quickly, while Level-1 is designed to keep you full and assimilate over the course of 2-3 hours. That's why Phormula-1 is most ideal to take after your workouts for a quick recovery, and Level-1 is most ideal to take in replacement of meals or snacks throughout the day.
When should I use Phormula-1?
Since Phormula-1 is a rapid assimilation protein and is designed to digest very quickly, it's best used immediately after a strenuous workout! If you would like to take Phormula-1 any other time of the day, you can do that as well. However, a sustained assimilation protein such as our Level-1 or Vegan Power Pro would be better options if you are looking to replace meals or snacks throughout the day.

Phenomenal flavor
I’m not a huge protein powder fan but this stuff tastes so good. I’m terrible about eating breakfast so I mix this with 2 shots of espresso, 6oz unsweetened oat milk and a scoop of collagen, refrigerate over night and it keeps me full and energized all morning. Definitely one of my favorites!
