HOW TO USE

MICRO FACTOR PACKETS

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.


OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

Foundation

This is such a great foundation mix for you overall health and immune system. I find it’s better to mix it with a sugar free drink mix and the flavor pops!!!

The best vitamins you can buy

The vitamins I got if I take on a empty stomach it doesn’t bother me unlike other vitamin company’s the are fairly priced and work I really enjoy the range of products you offer especially the great variety of flavors you have for the protein bars I would definitely recommend this company and the products you sell they are really top notch thank you again for doing what you guys do
