MICRO FACTOR

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Everyday ritual
I have been taking Micro factor vitamins since I first did 75 hard and live hard in January 2003. I have taken them every single day since. The quality is second to none and the easy one a day packet make it great for travel. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to supplement with quality the easy way.
