Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Since I started using the Whole Heart Pack I have found I have more energy than with the other supplements I was using. I like that the Whole Heart and Full Mega come together in one package. Easy to order.
