Great Preworkout Without Stim-Related Effects
I was looking for a pre-workout to use before CrossFit sessions. Since these workouts really push my heart rate, I was looking for something without extra stimulants. I have noticed that if I take this before class, I get the benefit of a typical pre-workout, but without the undesired side effects (higher heart rate, jitters, etc). A nice bonus is the dosage of creatine.
