INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Scoop Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
FILLING:
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Skim Milk
ICING:
1 (5.3 oz) Container of Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Skim Milk
1 Scoop Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Oz Low-Fat Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Sugar Alternative or Sweetener of Choice
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• 8x8″ Baking Dish
• Rolling Pin
• Parchment Paper
• Small Mixing Bowl
• Large Mixing Bowl
• Spoon
• Fork
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, Level-1, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 1–2 minutes until smooth, adding a little more flour if it’s too sticky.
4. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
5. Lightly moisten and cover the dough with 1 tablespoon of skim milk. Next, spread the cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
6. Carefully roll the dough into a log shape and cut the log into 6 even slices to form the rolls.
7. Disperse the rolls evenly in the prepared baking dish. From here, place the baking dish in the oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
8. While the rolls bake, mix the icing ingredients in a small mixing bowl until combined.
9. Drizzle or spread the icing over the rolls while they’re still warm.
