It sounds to me that you need to change the way you are approaching fitness. You are now looking at it as an inconvenience; you need to be looking at it as an opportunity.

Working out and eating right is an opportunity to improve the quality of your life. You are going to have to find time for the workouts. You are going to have to find a way to incorporate eating healthy into your daily schedule. Get up a half an hour earlier. Stay up a half an hour later. The only answer is to find a way!

There are no shortcuts, you have to do the work. I guarantee you can find a way to make this work in your daily life. In all of my years of working with literally thousands of individuals on their fitness programs, I have yet to find a single person who could not make this lifestyle work for them. Notice I said lifestyle. This is a lifestyle you have to be committed to, and if you are the rewards will be endless.

You have to make this a priority. The bad news is, it can be hard. The good news is, you can do it! No excuses. Make fitness a priority and you will be successful. You already have the knowledge, which is the biggest short cut you could have. Most people train day after day, year after year without knowing the proper way to eat and train. You already possess this knowledge, so start using it. You can do it. No excuses.
