With 23 grams of protein and only 159 calories, this watermelon protein sorbet will keep you on track and help satisfy your cravings!
This recipe can be made with or without a Ninja Creami. I'll give you the directions for both.
Watermelon Protein Sorbet
Servings: 1 Serving
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Optional Freeze Time: 12-24 Hours
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Watermelon, Cubed and Frozen
1 Scoop Phormula-1 Clear Watermelon
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Directions (Without a Ninja Creami):
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Blender
1. If you bought a fresh watermelon, you'll want to cut it into cubes and freeze it overnight. If you bought pre-cut frozen watermelon, you're good to get started!
2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the blended mixture into a glass and enjoy your protein sorbet!
Directions (With a Ninja Creami):
For this recipe, you'll need:
• Blender
• Ninja Creami
1. If you bought a fresh watermelon, you'll want to cut it into cubes. If you bought pre-cut frozen watermelon, you're good to get started!
2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and let it freeze for at least 12-24 hours.
4. When you are ready to eat the sorbet, place a Ninja Creami pint container in the machine and spin on the sorbet setting.
5. Add a splash of water to the mixture, return it to the Ninja Creami machine, and press re-spin.
6. Enjoy your refreshing protein sorbet treat!
