They taste great, have been helping me hydrate down in this Florida heat. Too bad they don’t have Purple Drank as a flavor but it would probably get stolen from my apartment if they did. So glad I know how to use a computer though so I can order more.
A little early to tell whether I’m getting good results or not, but there is less soreness post workout for sure.
