Love BOTH
So I love both the greens and reds, I feel I significant difference in bloating and overall my GI system seems to use these to my advantage. Clean products. The taste is not the best, but I’ve tried other brands where the taste is better but the ingredients are not as clean or they add in other unnecessary things that give my sensitive body side effects (example ghost greens gave me heart palpitations) so given how my body responds to these so much better I solve the taste issue by simply adding in my hydration supplement or aminos completely dominating the taste of the greens and reds. SOLID product change nothing
