I bought this due to having hot flashes that were too many to count during the day, and night. Within a week of starting Harmony, the number of hot flashes decreased, and the ones I did have were minimal. I’m so happy with this product!
Okay I'm getting older. I truly believe these have helped with some weight loss. But they make me feel good. I am very happy with all the products I have purchased through 1st phorm. I'm a lifer!
