Males:
PRE-WORKOUT: Use 1 scoop Phormula-1 with 1/2 scoop of Ignition in 6 oz of water.
POST-WORKOUT: Use 2 scoops Phormula-1 with 1 scoop of Ignition in 12 oz of water.
Females:
PRE-WORKOUT: Use 1/2 scoop Phormula-1 with 1/4 scoop Ignition in 4 oz of water.
POST-WORKOUT: Use 1 scoop Phormula-1 with 1/2 scoop Ignition in 6 oz of water.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
Let Phormula-1 and Ignition sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.

Being a recent retiree, I want to keep active and exercising was fine until the next day, wow my whole body ached. It was a struggle to keep it up. My son told me about 1st Phorm and I can't believe the difference this makes!

I usually cannot STAND protein, there’s just something about it that makes me nauseous and I figured I should try this protein and I’m so glad I did!! It’s sooo yummy and doesn’t hurt my stomach or anything! I love using it with ignition. Can’t wait to try the other flavors too.
This is a great booster for energy and stores replenishment! I add 1/2 scoop to my prework out and 1 whole scoop to my post. I honestly feel better and more pumped than I used to with NoXplode, and (I am talking the original version that has been banned) and absolutely none of the crash or funky ramp down feeling you used to get. I tried a few workouts without the ignition as a pre workout with my protein and noticed a sizable difference in the effort it took to gain the same level of push and endurance. 10/10 highly recommended!
