HOW TO USE
PRIMAL-T
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
CONQUEST HD
As a dietary supplement, take six (6) capsules of Conquest HD™ in the morning with your first meal of the day. Use Conquest HD in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

Great Product
I have been using Primal-T for about 3 months now...and it has surpassed my expectations. It is definitely the "Rolls-Royce" of testosterone boosting supplements. I will be 54 soon...time is marching on. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer...it's time to get some of that youth back. Happy to be a member of the 1st Phorm family.

Amazing focus and energy
I used to take Alpha Jym for quite sometime. I felt like I was plateauing for a while. I did some research and came across 1st Phorm. I can feel the difference with Primal-T; more energy and better focus. I have been taking this for a year and won’t stop.
