These are probably the best bars I have eaten, in terms of taste, and the protein quantity is there to match. I have also tried the banana bread and apple cinnamon and these are my favorite 1st Phorm flavor.

I wasn't sure I was going to like the taste or texture, but these were amazing. My only knock is that it's only 15 grams of protein. I wish it had more.
These are so good that my only complaint is that when they go out of stock occasionally I am so disappointed. I appreciate the good ingredients and how good they make me feel.
