    The ladies arnt going anywhere!

    I’ve always struggled to find a sports bra that works well for a larger chest, especially during intense workouts like HYROX and DEKA. This bra absolutely delivers! It keeps everything secure so my workout partner and I can focus on competing, not adjusting.

    I prefer a snug fit to minimize movement, but my usual size (Medium) was a bit too tight and caused some armpit bulge—so I’d recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. It’s become our go-to for training and events. Now if only 1st Phorm would release more colors… I’d grab every single one!
