TIPS TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR 1ST PHORM GEAR

• Always check the care label inside each piece. It will either be printed or on a removable tag inside each garment.

• Your best bet will always be to turn the garment inside out, and wash on cold. We advise not to dry, but if you’re in a pinch and you must, we recommend drying on a NO HEAT setting, or lowest heat setting possible.

• Avoid using fabric softeners. This lessens the strength of the technical aspects like wicking and anti-microbial.

• Wash like colors with other like colors, and refrain from washing any white garments with colors.

• Avoid washing your gear with anything abrasive like denim, velcro, or zippers.

• Anything with a heat sealed strap or edge should avoid high heat to extend the longevity of the seal.
