    Helping with stress levels and sleep quality

    Have been using for two weeks. As the title says, my sleep quality has improved and I feel much less stressed. Haven't noted any adverse side effects following the days on/off as directed. Planning to reorder soon so I don't miss any days on the schedule.

    Absolutely the best

    Absolutely the best sleep aid I’ve ever used. I’ve tried gummies & Relaxium. Neither compare to the deep sleep I get with Core-21. I’m getting 8 hrs of sleep and dreaming more, again. It’s been many years of poor sleeping til now. I totally sold on Core-21! This is not an over blown testimonial, it’s the truth. I’m 71 & couldn’t be happier.

    Shocked how well this works

    I don’t have a problem sleeping most days but I am a light sleeper. I have woke up more morning than not showing I’ve got either plenty of REM or plenty of deep and that’s unusual for me. I’m taking it more to help with my recovery from running and doing 2 workouts a day for 75Hard. I was told by my doctor that taking this will help my cortisol hormone as well.
