FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and 1/4 to 1 full scoop of Ignition (Depending on your training intensity, goals, and carbohydrate initake) into 14-16oz of ice cold water post-workout. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let the shake sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate. SO GOOD!!!
I have never found a protein powder I actually liked until now! Just mix with water and it’s so light and refreshing and tastes amazing! No weird texture either. I bought watermelon and love the flavor. I plan on trying them all out, after tasting this one I’m sure they are all great! I do wish it came in a larger size.

I love this protein powder as it helps change up the taste from the regular milk-based protein powders.
