    The best compression!

    The best leggings - very compressive. I ordered a size up. I am usually a small in other brands but order a medium in 1st phorm bottoms. They fit great! I am 145lbs and 5-8 for reference :)

    Burpee Proof Leggings

    People are always talking about leggings and if they are squat proof or not. These are, for the record, squat proof and the material is the perfect amount of thickness. More importantly, at least to me, they are burpee proof. I can do an entire CrossFit class and do burpee after burpee after burpee and they DO. NOT. MOVE. These leggings are amazing. The waistband comes up to the perfect height for a waistband, it's tight enough to keep the leggings in place but not so tight that it's uncomfortable. They also make you look snatched!!
