HOW TO USE
FULL-MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
PHORMULA-1 CLEAR
FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop into 14-16oz of ice cold water as needed. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let Phormula-1 Clear sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate.
MICRO FACTOR POWDER
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

This is a great alternative to regular protein powder. It is like you are drinking juice. It is very smooth, mixes really well, and it tastes great. It also has a lot of protein. It is great to fill in when you need to get some more protein during your day. I have tried the Strawberry Lime and the Grape. I like them both, but Grape is my favorite.
