I have been using this in my coffee in the morning for my breakfast along with fruit and it keeps me full until I have my lunch. I have also had it with just water, and while it doesn’t keep me full as long the consistency is good, not gritty nor is it chalky and it’s very flavorful. Will definitely be trying other flavors.
