HOW TO USE
FULL-MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
LEVEL-1
Add one rounded scoop to four ounces of ice cold water or milk
One scoop yields 23-25 grams of protein. Use Level-1 throughout the day to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for thirty seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
MICRO FACTOR PACKETS
Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.
MICRO FACTOR POWDER
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.
OPTI-GREENS 50
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
PHORMULA-1 & IGNITION
For Best Results: Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.
MALES SHOULD:
Pre-Workout: Use 1/2 scoop of Ignition with 1 scoop of Phormula-1 in 6 oz of water.
Post-Workout: Use 1 scoop of Ignition with 2 scoops of Phormula-1 in 12 oz of water.
FEMALES SHOULD:
Pre-Workout: Use 1/4 scoop of Ignition with 1/2 scoop of Phormula-1 in 4 oz of water.

I bought this honestly by mistake, but ended up loving the flavor! I always put protein powder in my cup of coffee in the mornings before I go to the gym. This flavor is great for me. A little bit of Christmas flavor every morning. I use my electric whisk to stir it in. Too bad this is a seasonal flavor. I bought the peppermint bark.
