Any of the Phormula-1 mixes so well. I use water or milk and either way tastes great. There are so many ways to incorporate it into your macro goals. Mine is usially to drink but it does work great in the morning oats also.

I've gone through a lot of protein powders, and the Gooey Butter Cake flavor is one of my favorites. It has a rich, dessert-like taste without being overly sweet, and it mixes really well with no chalky texture. I usually drink it after workouts or as a quick meal replacement, and it actually feels like something I look forward to having.
