IGNITION
HOW TO USE
MICRO FACTOR PACKETS
Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24-hour period.
MICRO FACTOR POWDER
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.

OPTI-GREENS 50
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
OPTI-REDS 50
Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
FULL-MEGA
As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
LEVEL-1
Add one rounded scoop to four ounces of ice-cold water or milk. One scoop yields 23-25 grams of protein. Use Level-1 throughout the day to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for thirty seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
PHORMULA-1
Add one scoop to six ounces of ice-cold water. Shake or stir (do not blend) until dissolved. One scoop yields 21 grams of protein. Use in the morning or pre- and post-workout to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate, which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.

Pre-Workout: Use 1/2 scoop of Ignition with 1 scoop of Phormula-1 in 6 oz of water.

Pre-Workout: Use 1/4 scoop of Ignition with 1/2 scoop of Phormula-1 in 4 oz of water.

FOR ENDURANCE

Absolutely amazed on the flavor and consistency without the artificial flavoring! This and the maple butter waffle might actually be if not are, my 2 favorite proteins ever & that's a crazy statement from me bc I'm a Raw Nutrition guy & love their Lemon Cake & Salted Carmel! Please I would love that $250 & would I already know what I'm buying and that's these 2 again lol & the ice cream cookie as well as the iced oatmeal cookie & if there was room, I'd buy the ree velvet bc rhe one I tasted from Raw Nutrition was red or velvet lol it was nada lol!
