I love these, far more than 1P greens but I do the reds daily. I mix it into 1P Vanilla protein (da best!) and also some 1P creatine and 1P Ignition. I add a small dose of light lemonade with water. Hits well with it all! Loving these products.
Ever since I started taking this, within 3 days my stomach looked substantially flatter. I always have suffered from gas and bloating. The probiotic formula in this is incredible. Gas and bloating gone. No more painful pressure. Not to much all the greens your getting in this. Tons of nutrients and really helps to fill in the gaps in my high protein diet.
I mix one scoop of this with one scoop of greens and one scoop of L-carnitine with 8-10oz of water every night and wake up in the morning feeling so fresh and no longer bloated! I highly recommend these!
I've tried a ton of supplements. I really thought I felt different, better upon taking Micro Factor and I continue to feel that difference after 3 months.
