Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    The Best!!

    I took these my whole pregnancy and still taking them almost 2 years postpartum. This pair of supplements stand out the most to me because I can take them and not feel nauseous afterwards. 10/10 highly recommend.

    The best

    My husband and I are going through an infertility specialist and the amount of vitamin D in the prenatal is amazing because it has so much I didn’t need to take another vitamin D supplement!
