PRENATAL PLUS

Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    So glad I switched

    I am onto my second bottle with my first baby and so happy I switched over from previous brand. I feel so energized, mood is 10x better, and all of my previous symptoms such as bloat and nausea completely disappeared. These pills dont have a weird taste, I can easily take them and I feel so good throughout the day. Now I can't say for sure if it's the ingredients but this mama has been getting tons of sleep at night!

    Great support during pregnancy and postpartum!

    I used the prenatal during my pregnancy and still utilize for postpartum. I feel it’s helped keep my hormones and nutrient levels balanced and supported. I really like that the B12 is Methylcobalamin. That was a big selling point for me compared to other brands. Plus the added spectra and probiotics were an extra bonus compared to others. Omega supplements were taken starting postpartum. There’s a mild after taste , but not too strong. I take at night so the taste doesn’t bother me. My opinion is that the combo has helped reduce postpartum hair loss, balance hormones, and keep skin glowing.

    Great product for me and babes!

    Love this prenatal vitamin for me and baby. Knowing I’m providing my body and baby with all the essential nutrients. Taking this postpartum to make sure I’m still providing the necessary vitamins.

    BEST PRENATAL

    I loved these when I was pregnant and noticed a big difference in how I felt. I also take these when not pregnant as a multi vitamin. So good.
