Liver detox
Got bloodwork and it was almost half of what it was 2 monthes ago I'm not in back to just fatty liver yet but it's looking good going back instead of going in bad direction.i did change diet to no fat also so happy

Post-weekend Magic!
In college, my roommates and I enjoyed going out quite a bit, and I had a pretty high alcohol tolerance. After completing 75 Hard a little over a year ago, my habits changed significantly. I rarely drink during the week now, and some weekends I don’t drink at all. Because of that, my tolerance definitely isn’t what it used to be, and I notice the effects of alcohol much more than I did in the past.
After a weekend of celebrating or taking a trip with friends, I used to spend several days feeling run down. My energy would be low, my heart rate felt elevated, and I’d wake up with a noticeably puffy face. It often took me close to five days to feel like myself again.
