TOLERANCE ASSESSMENT PHASE: As with any dietary supplement, test your tolerance by taking 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before your workout. After tolerance has been determined by following the guidelines of the Tolerance Assessment Phase, you may consider taking 2 scoops, once daily with 6-8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before workout and assess tolerance again. To maintain ideal hydration levels and to keep muscle cells fully saturated, always take Megawatt Natural with at least 6-8 ounces of water and drink at least 120 ounces of water over the course of the day.
