Monthly 1st Phorm App Access

I have been using the 1st Phorm app for years now. I love how I can track nutrition, water, workout, steps, pictures, weight, and measurements all in one place.

It gives nice “look back on your week” review and in the last year has updated so many nutrition features to make it so easy to track. I eat a lot of the same foods every day or make the same meals and can use “yesterday’s meal” to easily fill in my meal 1 or meal 2 categories. It has so many easy functions to utilize to help you track everything you eat; you can take a picture, track by voice, scan a label. Even if you make like a whole pot of chili, you can add the entire macros for the entire pot and then just put that you had one serving of it for dinner.

I like that I don’t need to have separate apps for nutrition and for photos and for weight and for measurements because I honestly would not track as much as I do. The photo is showing how easy it is to just track yesterday’s. You just click yesterday‘s in the lower right hand corner and it adds everything from that tab that you logged yesterday and since I eat the same breakfast every day and it’s the same so it makes it so simple.

I’m just learning how to use and remember to use the supplements with are at the bottom of nutrition and you just click off which ones you take once you add the ones you take every day.
