Love the 1st Phorm App
I have tried several different fitness apps and when I tried 1st Phorm I knew it was different than the others. Not only does it track meals and macros, and a great list and access to amazing fitness programs to fit whatever you want, you have a personal trainer/coach that guides you through your transition. It is a complete change in lifestyle. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Just remember, you have to do the work!

Best App to Teach My Goals
I’m enjoying using the app to reach my Weightloss goals. My advisor is awesome and takes the time to educate and explain the why behind each questions and answer she responds. I lost weight my first week of being consistent with the a lot amount of calories and protein I was given. I don’t feel deprived and see myself doing this for the long haul.

Genuinely the best nutrition tracking app. Huge library. It’s so easy to quickly add macros, custom foods, supplements, and create recipes. Simple process to duplicate journal entries. Bonuses: consistent motivational and educational content, step tracking and competitions, various training programs for all levels, and body transformation challenges. 1stPhorm knows what’s up!
