At first I was skeptical of fiber I was trying to get the most fiber from Whole Foods but I just couldn’t. I decided to add this powder into my daily routine and it really worked!
Great way to get your fiber intake. Easy to add to any drink or even yogurt bowls.
It’s almost hard to describe how many different fiber supplements I’ve tried. It’s impossible to get a good level of dietary fiber without a bunch of added junk that makes the calories higher than they need to be, or a product that is just plain gross. This is the first, and only, fiber supplement I’ve found to be worth the money I paid. Initially I could only buy the pineapple mango flavor (I think that’s the flavor) because everything was out of stock except the plain and I was adding it to smoothies so I wanted some kind of flavor to make things more interesting. I was prepared to be disappointed but I was actually amazed. I could double up the amount and it didn’t overpower anything else but I’d have 18grams of quality dietary fiber in every smoothie. Then I started adding it to high protein yogurt and it gave me just enough flavor to eat the yogurt, plus I was getting lots of fiber and protein in one easy meal. Of course I started to worry I’d blow throw it in a week but the container, which isn’t big, lasted a month. So now I have the mixed berry which is better in the smoothies and yogurt and I’ve been making ice cream and adding it to that. It’s mind blowing. So for roughly $30 a month I get more fiber than I probably even need but both my dietician and doctor hammer me about the fiber and protein, so I’m winning these days and it’s all because of a Google search that led me to 1st phorm. Best stuff on the market.
