I've checked into other brands and 1st Phorm has more fiber than most others, using only 1 scoop compared to their 2.
I use the unflavored and mix it when I take my daily greens.

After reading the reviews, and doing a bit more research on it, this one is a huge game changer for me. I'll take a scoop and mix it in with my Opti-Greens/Reds in the morning. After a few days, it helped me tremendously with digestion and becoming regular. A GREAT PRODUCT!
