Best start to my morning
I have this stuff every day with my mushroom coffee and it’s such an easy, tasty way to get my protein and collagen in. The salted caramel is such an amazing flavor - so much so, that I haven’t had it in me to stray and try any other flavor, ha! As far as its effectiveness, I noticed this winter that I didn’t break a nail once, whereas before I was taking collagen regularly, my nails would break all the time. Love this stuff!!
