Fabulous product!!
So I’m on the tail end of perimenopause heading Into Menopause and last fall my sleep quality began to get really bad. I was waking up constantly and the amount of time I was in REM & deep went way down. This is pretty common with women going thru this stage. Magnesium has been a part of my nighttime routine for a few years but I ask my 1stphorm advisor if there was something else that could help & she suggested Night-T. After taking it for a week I started noticing my time spent in REM & Deep sleep, but REM particularly, going up in my Whoop and the amount of times I’m waking up going down! After almost a month my REM sleep is averaging 3.5-4 hours and I only wake up a 1-2 times a night! On my experience with Night-T, I can’t recommend this product enough!
