My 13 year old son takes it after football practice and soccer to help recover, he enjoys it as well as my 2 1/2 year old son.
Great tasting, gets them the nutrients they need, and they love making shakes like mom!
I know this is intended for younger children, however, my special needs child's diet is not great. I have not been able to find a healthy supplement to support his nutritional deficiencies prior to this. I was worried when I could smell the greens in the powder....BUT....it mixes AMAZINGLY. I use milk to help with a familiar flavor. It mixes well and creates this rich-looking chocolate milk-like consistency. My son loves it and looks forward to it each night.!
